Thai Airways Royal First Class seat is available on several of the carrier’s long-haul aircraft types. It is a fully-flat bed with Audio Visual on Demand (AVOD) IFE system, plus in-seat telephone and laptop power point. Seats extend to 76 inches long and are almost 22 inches wide. There is Audio/ Video on Demand, including a landscape camera.

Passengers can select a choice of 30 movies, 110 albums of music and 31 games. Each seat is fitted with integrated Passenger Control Unit/ telephone handset. Each also has a PC power outlet compatible with all laptop plugs.

On board, in the privacy of their segregated cabin, the degree of friendly, personal hospitality extended to them by a dedicated cabin crew is exceptional.  The innovation in luxury is the newly installed sleeper seating. Electronically controlled, with 180 degrees of recline and almost seven feet of space in which to stretch out, these seats are truly state-of-the-art. Each seat is equipped with the interactive Audio Visual on Demand entertainment system, plus in-seat telephone and laptop power outlet.

For customers traveling in Royal First Class there is a wide range of choices for every palette, currently more than 60 main courses and light meals each month. Classic western dishes include Lobster Thermidor, Grilled Beef Steak Rossini, Pan-fried scallops Provencale and more. A selection of THAI and Asian dishes include Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Green and Massaman Curry, Barbecued Duck, Fish Maw Soup, Fish Chu-Chee, Chicken, Beef or Pork Stir Fry with Basil and Garlic and topped with a fried egg, or light and nourishing rice porridge.

Preordering meals at least 24 hours prior to departure in Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class gives you the opportunity to choose from an extensive menu selection that is not available onboard.
